What FreeAgent Does Well
Users who gave FreeAgent a positive review like that it is well designed and user-friendly. Others mentioned that the mobile app is packed with features and easy to use as well.
“The FreeAgent product is very well designed, has all the features I ever need and has great customer support with the Facebook group, which can be very helpful. They also have a mobile app, which is easy to use, and most of the needed features are there.”
— Martin Aichler
What FreeAgent Does Not Do Well
Users who gave FreeAgent a negative review said that while scanning documents and saving them on the platform is easy, external copies still need to be kept because getting them back out is difficult. Some also complained that the time tracking feature often experiences glitches.
“I personally don’t find the timeslip entry particularly easy. There is a built-in time counter that others find useful, but it doesn’t work well for my purposes and entering data manually from my timesheet app is painful. There also isn’t a way to batch upload a timesheet. Up to now, I haven’t used FreeAgent for time tracking because of this.”
— Anne (Savage) Westwood
FreeAgent costs $10/month for the first 6 months and $20/month afterward. Those who pay up front get the first 12 months for the price of just 5 months; after which, users get 12 months for the price of 10 months. The plan includes unlimited numbers of clients, projects, and users.
