Author’s note: I signed up for the 14-day free trial of Gro CRM. One of the first things that I noticed is its sleek and sophisticated aesthetics—mainly due to its black background that resembles most software’s dark mode. It is made specifically for Apple devices and it sometimes feels like it is an Apple product in itself—this coming from someone who is a long-time Apple device user.
The dashboard is easy to understand and offers quite a lot of important information at a glance, including current number of daily leads, existing deals and opportunities, urgent tasks, projected monthly and annual revenues, paid invoices, and pending orders vis-a-vis inventory. It also displays a month-on-month performance tracker that shows growth and losses in a simple graph.
Lastly, I like that you can easily see all the tabs on the left-hand side of the dashboard, such as contacts, deals, tasks, call center, mail, calendar, documents, which makes it easier to locate various functionalities.
