What are “Check-ins” and “Instant Feedback”?
“Check-ins” are ongoing conversations (between manager and employee) about performance measures. Every check-in is associated with a tag based on the employee’s objectives, such as ‘plan,’ ‘achievement,’ ‘challenge,’ and ‘red flag.’
“Instant Feedback” is when employees give or receive feedback to anybody within the company and then tag their performance measures. Staff can also request feedback on themselves or on someone else. At the end of each review cycle, the collected feedback and tags are attached to employees’ review forms to gauge performance.
