What images can I post directly to Instagram using automatic posting?
Certain criteria must be followed in using the automatic posting feature. Only single images can be uploaded, with a maximum size of 8MB. Filetype must one of the following: JPG, PNG. BMP, and non-animated GIFs. Aspect ratio must be within 4:5 to 1.91:1 range, with a minimum resolution of 150×150 and a maximum resolution of 1920×1080.
The following posts are currently not supported by automatic posting: videos, posts with shopping tags, posts with branded content tags, posts with filters, multi-image posts, and Stories.
How can I manage comments within the Media Viewer?
Responding to, translating, deleting, and marking comments can be done from the Media Viewer, just like in the Conversations feature. To do this, you will first need to switch from the Media stats to the Media comments in the top right corner. Then, you can toggle between your read and unread comments at the top, and mark your comments as read, by clicking the little blue tick icon on the right-hand side.
You can remove, reply, and translate your comments by clicking on them and selecting one of the options. You can export all the comments from the single post directly from the Media Viewer by clicking on the Export arrow in the top right.
