What does the company do well?
The software has so many great features to help with our property management tasks and needs for our tenants. Online portal for tenants is the greatest we have used.
What does the company not do well?
Portal for landlords is lacking the up to date and automatic process. Landlords should be able to view live account balances like logging in to any banking account. Owner statements should have a way to be set up automatic cut off monthly like a bank account. When we have requested for one on one support we get pushed to use self help. Need more personal over the phone support team customer service.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
Love it and just wish we had found the company sooner
