What does the company do well? Their customer services is super-speedy, friendly and they actually read what you write on your submitted ticket. I have found that many other companies don't even read what you submit and it is very frustrating when you have to explain it all over again when you have taken the time to write it all down and send screen-shots, etc. AppointmentPlus makes the effort to read and understand your issue before contacting you.
What does the company not do well? There is just one thing that I asked for that the software could not do for us, but it was very minor and does not affect our day-to-day operations. They tried, however at length to make it work for us, and really they went above and beyond.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I can't think of anything. There were no surprises and it works very well for us. We are a local government and use the software for making our water meter replacement and troubleshooting appointments.
