What does the company do well?
Continually adds new integrations with 3rd party vendors; regularly informs customers of upcoming features and changes to PCRecruiter; new Live Chat support feature makes it easy to get help quickly with technical issues; decent Wisdom Base resources online for self-teaching
What does the company not do well?
Main Sequence will sometimes push out server updates during the workday that cause lag/connectivity issues for cloud-based PCRecruiter customers; some technical issues are never followed up on after submitting a support ticket and drop off the radar; feature requests are often left unattended for years (even for basic fixes)
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
Nothing - Main Sequence has a good product and overall good support for it despite the minor issues mentioned above
