What does the company do well? Excellent customer support;
Great ATS - HIGHLY Configurable whether you are a small shop or a large firm.
They are constantly making product enhancements.
Great to be able to send text messages directly from the interface (and track it)
What does the company not do well? The overall platform needs some enhancement to enable multi-screen/multi-window.
There is a lot of configuration and training required to do to get up and running.
Great as an Applicant Tracking System, but needs some work to improve their CRM capability, especially for doing business development.
Seems like a lot of mouse clicks to get things accomplished.
Need to continue to develop the Zapier interface. Very buggy and not well supported.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? Wish I knew about them sooner!
