What does the company do well?
Customer service is outstanding. I often call in or write an email about a concern or challenge and it is usually handled expeditiously and knowledgeably.
What does the company not do well?
There are some elements in the program that are not well articulated in its use or purpose and you have to blunder through them sometimes. Some of their areas where you can write stuff free-hand does NOT have a spell check (I like the computer to catch misspells as it helps to expedite the task. For those areas that do not have a spell check (like their messaging function), I find I spend more time ensuring its content. I even cut and paste the content in Word and then check all the blunders I did and cut and paste the corrected version back into the message.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
I did quite a bit of research between three or four, what I considered, the top companies offering this sort of service, and found that I did enough to not regret the decision or though "I wish I knew that before...".
