What does the company do well? Zoho has packaged all of its most popular products into one monthly cost, called ZOHO ONE. What we were charged for 5 different products that we were using, with ZOHO ONE we are paying less and getting way more. CRM is included in this. The CRM is very customizable, having someone who has worked and made changes to ZOHO in the past would be a huge help. Don't switch over to the system overnight, do a lot of planning and work the trial, they may even extend the trial for a while.
What does the company not do well? Support can be a little challenging sometimes, items that you think should be easy to solve seem to take a while to work out. Sometimes they are great and help right away other times, it's just Sorry the system can't do that, but then you think the system can do anything, just not this???
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? Knowing that each of the companies products are like individual companies, each has their own Support Team, so when you have an integration issue, it can be a challenger. Knowing this upfront will help you navigate support a little better.
