What does the company do well? There company has the best customer service and is always there able to help either by phone or email. They are very quick to respond and have a sense of urgency for their customers.
What does the company not do well? One improvement would be notifying the administrator that the employee has completed their benefit enrollment.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? Nothing they were very good in there sales presentation and gave us a complete demonstration and made sure we understood and new everything.
