What does the company do well? If you want to be able to keep track of a large group of people, Fellowship One does that. You can track attendance and participation across multiple campuses and all age ranges.
What does the company not do well? The software and interface are outdated and clunky. F1 does not adapt well to modern ministry paradigms which makes it frustrating for larger, multi-site churches who want to lead people through a process starting with assimilation and leading into other next steps. It is difficult to track all of this and automate the process where it would really save time.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I wish I knew how often the database would fail us (for check-in, group emails, etc.). The service is unreliable and innovation has slowed to a crawl.
