What does the company do well?
It has an attractive presentation. It is nice to have all components housed in one system: payroll, hr, applicant tracking, etc. for a smaller company with a straightforward organization, the software may be a good fit
What does the company not do well?
Because of the fact that this is integrated software, their are a number of different departments all responsible for isolated components of the software. That means a different rep for each component. It was not a good customer service experience. Also, many components are managed by a third party which inhibits flexibility and even functionality at times.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
I wish I had understood the difference between an integrated software and a proprietary software. It makes all the difference in the ongoing experience
