What does the company do well?
It is a great marketing automation tool. It has all of the features of the big players at a fraction of the cost. They are making constant improvements. Support is very responsive.
What does the company not do well?
Based in UK so sometimes a delay on responses to questions. Not a big deal for me.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
Nothing. The free trial answered all my questions and I figured out how to use it really fast.
