What does the company do well?
The company is very responsive to any technical questions about the product as well as to suggestions on how it might be improved. I never have to wait very long before one of their team respond and it's always in a positive and friendly way. When you make a suggestion to them, they will always let you know whether its already in production, on the radar or something that they haven't yet considered. If it's in the pipeline they're also good at keeping you updated as to when it will go live.
What does the company not do well?
It's not really a fair criticism but having worked with other content market platforms, I sometimes find myself looking for a feature that doesn't exist and I have to remind myself of the price I'm paying compared to the much more expensive alternatives. That said when I've mentioned some new features to them, they usually have it in their upgrade plans.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
I just wish I'd known about them sooner and I'd have started using their product earlier with more clients.
