What does the company do well?
Its fairly easy to navigate and keeps all invoicing and payment processing in order and easy to find when looking through history
What does the company not do well?
Our office seemed to have trouble with it staying connected to the internet and was always glitchy when more than 3 people were trying to use it. Due to the glitchy software, out office discontinued using it and went back to QuickBooks.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
How glitchy the software can be with multiple users, especially with slow internet or WIFI connections
