What does the company do well? Being able to customize a wide variety of products Is helpful when running a retail or wholesale site and you have a lot to offer. The overall ability to customize products and navigation is nice- it's also easy to fill everything out too.
What does the company not do well? It can be a little buggy. There are tricks that I have to do to get the website to update. Being that there are so many options to customize everything it can get a little tricky to find what you are looking for and to learn everything.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? Sometimes customer service does not have the answers we are looking for when we are asking specific questions. That has caused some discouragement with management.
