What does the company do well?
Excellent customer service. Excellent opportunities for continued training. They make updates based on n users' needs and suggestions.
What does the company not do well?
There could be more options regarding visual control, such as allowing zooming for visually disabled employees. The install/setup process also takes a bit of times.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
I felt pretty informed when I made my purchase. There hasn't been much in the way of surprises.
