What does the company do well? Bullhorn's user interface is pleasing. Navigation is easy and the functionality is on point. Obtaining access to records is easy and straight forward.
What does the company not do well? From time to time, integration with certain browsers can be an issue. Java related pop-up windows can be illegible and unnavigable as a result.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? The CRM previously had integrated email functionality which was convenient when working through records; no other email tool was required. Now this function is an add-on and it was less costly to switch our entire company to G-mail.
