What does the company do well? Bullhorn is excellent to work with. The CRM product is easy to use, keeps recruiters on track, and provides multiple opportunities for both recruiters and managers to track projects, searches, and progress through the recruiting and sales cycle. I also think that the leaders of Bullhorn are visionaries, always trying to improve the product, attract new partners to make business more efficient, and coming up with ways to make Bullhorn more intuitive. Bullhorn also offers training through webinars on a regular basis, as well as an annual conference that is pretty good (I attended one year and learned a lot).
