What does the company do well? Bullhorn allows for an organization to store all data on candidates and is a great tool for keeping data in one place. It allows for resume, information edits and document attachments as well as comments and notes on every profile. This allows for multiple recruiters to view an employee and see the history from when the employee was first uploaded into the system up to the current time.
What does the company not do well? I think this tool is a great ATS software although there is a lot of delay and lag when using the tool. For example, when searching for a candidate, it will just continue searching but not provide any results and once the result is finished searching, many times the page will simply freeze and you must exit out and start from the beginning. Additionally, duplicates are a huge problem in that we have a ton of duplicates in the system due to simple emails changing or contact information.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I wish I had known about the lags and delays because I have more recently been using another ATS that does not have these issues.
