What does the company do well?
Salesflare has a ton of potential. It integrates pretty well with Gmail and is unique in that it presumes action items from emails for you that are generally pretty spot on. It also gives you intuitive notifications when an account is heating up and gives you a good sense that the prospect is hot to buy via notifications.
What does the company not do well?
It's not too smooth. The mobile app doesn't scroll smoothly, (its clunky and choppy) through contacts. When you're editing/updating your customers, it starts you over from the beginning of your list causing you to lose your place and momentum. The campaign options is just okay.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
Support is slow via phone, and support via chat isn't too fast either. I wish I'd known the versatility of other products similarly priced (email tracking, campaign efficacy, simplicity of use).
