What does the company do well? While we hated the previous version, the recent updates have improved functionality. You can use Boolean searching, run a lot of functional reports and customize record layouts for quick viewing of key fields.
What does the company not do well? Support is not always the best, but it has improved dramatically since online chat and Bullhorn Help were added. Chat is not always available, but the agents are usually quick to find the solution.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? That the system has a lot more functionality than Support staff let us know about in 2015. I wish I'd been given a user manual or any type of new user training. Now it's not really as necessary, as most problems can be solved very quickly through the new Chat and Help functions.
