What does the company do well? The user interface was excellent, their website looks great, easy to navigate, fairly easy to setup. They offer 24/7 tech support by phone, have some chat support hours. From the 3 years I used them for phone service, they only had one major outage that lasted a little over an hour.
What does the company not do well? We did have one outage, that when I tried to call, I was left on hold waiting, Chat Support not available, and was quickly disconnected when I tried to reach someone through the Sales Channel. I had to leave because they did not offer integration wtih my CRM.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? When they connected my voip phone to their system, they blocked me from accessing it, not allowing me to setup the directory or program any of the buttons.
