What does the company do well?
Phone.com is excellent for small business who do not have the need for extensive phone trees. It is awesome to be able to use phone.com, for creating voicemail recordings for you business and protecting your personal cell number from all customers.It is free and very easy to use! I really enjoyed the voicemail-to-email feature! It also integrates with a couple of CRMs we use.
What does the company not do well?
You must be connected to WiFi to use phone.com. You cannot take or make phone calls through phone.com when you are out and about.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I feel like I was provided with enough information from the start!
