What does the company do well?
Take your money, talk you into signing up. i was told that no one can talk to billing. DON'T GIVE THEM YOU ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
What does the company not do well?
Get back to their customer. Follow thru on their promises. Get you the support you need.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
That customer service dos not mean anything to any one in the company.
