What does the company do well?
We have used Lodgify for several years to manage rentals of our second home/vacation rental. It was extremely easy to build our website, including customization with our logo and brand colours. For someone who had little experience with building a website, I found Lodgify very intuitive and quite a lot of fun. I am surprisingly proud of what I was able to create. The customer support was great, both during the process of building the site and afterwards. Managing bookings has been so easy. I love that I can customize and automate email responses. It saves so much time, as does the channel management features. I really cannot imagine what I would do without it.
What does the company not do well?
The only thing that would have been more helpful was more tech support on the weekends. As I have a full-time job, most of the time I can devote to building and updating our website is on the weekends. (Though this may have changed- I haven't needed to contact them for some time).
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
How awesome they are! I felt like I was taking a bit of a leap of faith signing up with them, but have been very pleased with the decision.
