What does the company do well?
They provide both SMS and voice services on the same phone number.
What does the company not do well?
Provide reliable consistent service. App frequently freezes up while trying to answer a call -- call is often lost Provide effective ways to communicate with them in a reasonable period of time. Everything is by email and will usually take more than 24 hours for a response.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
They will shut down your phone and text capability for multiple days without warning if they think you're breaking their terms of service. They will not whitelist your account after verifying that you in fact are complying with their terms of service so you will continue to operate never knowing when your phone line will be disconnected.
