What does the company do well?
I think they actually have really good customer service, which was helpful when I was first using the software. It's very advanced and provides great insight as I track website data. The number of options available makes it possible for me to be really creative as I search for the information I need. Basically, they just provide a platform to help companies become more data driven. Success is duplicated and failures are eliminated.
What does the company not do well?
It's expensive and more of an investment. You really have to take the time to learn the software in order to use it to its full potential and get your money worth.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I would've liked a little more transparent pricing. I just like to know how much something is going to cost before I start having discussions. But in the end, it was worth it.
