What does the company do well?
Simple tool that achieves a pretty good result. Not the prettiest or cleanest design, but it works! Pretty self-explanatory and has been easy to roll out to our global social teams. I think they've done a good job adapting to Twitter's new rules and quickly rolling out some features to address that.
What does the company not do well?
I've run into a handful of bugs or other small issues - things that just don't quite work right. In general, they've been helpful in addressing these. Examples: 1) We use global pages for FB, and the way MeetEdgar displays page names, they get cut off so it's hard to tell which page we're working with. 2) ME requires captions for FB posts - so you can't just do a link post without a caption.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Nothing major! Just a handful of small issues.
