What does the company do well?
LawGro has helped us manage our reputation in a much professional and analytical way. This has also helped us capture client happiness and take steps to continuously improve on it. Most of our client undergo higher level of stress, emotion and expectations and are generally more sensitive. We are now able to make more data driven decisions and also deploy technology to improve sentiments in our regular communications through their Sentiment Analyzer feature.The case management features are simple and easy to use. We specially like the Reminders feature. It allows us to create reminders for just anything and has helped improve our deliverables.
What does the company not do well?
Creating document templates consumes more time than expected. There are formatting issues and if it can be improved, it will go a long way.

I wish i should have found about it earlier
