What does the company do well? Sysomos is best used for tracking social conversation and chatter around a certain topic. The platform offers analytics tools to understand the demographics of the talking about a specific topic (i.e. location, age range, etc.), as well as traditional analytics like sentiment, number of tweets/mentions, influence, potential reach, etc.
What does the company not do well? The user experience could be a bit easier. There are a lot of function and without very in-depth training a user might only use a few specific functions and not explore the full capability of the software.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I wish there would've been more in-depth tutorials when the software updates. I used the software successfully and regularly for some time, then had to adjust to a bit of a learning curve when it updated. All in all the software is helpful in social media tracking and offers a ton of helpful tools and analytics.
