What does the company do well? It's analytic reports gives you the best time to tweet when the most of your followers with high following are on. If they share your content, it's more likely you'll get a higher reach. Knowing the best time whey you have the greatest potential to get reach helps when using a tool like Buffer to schedule out tweets during the week. This report is available in the free version. Also for free you can review your Twitter followers and see who'd following you back and you can easily unfollow them. I also like that they have a Chrome extension for easy access. Audiense helps when planning your social media posts. I also like that it tells you who your inactive people your are following are so you can easily unfollow them. It also gives you the time zones of your followers and this is important for local businesses. It's slightly different from Twitter's location because not all users put their locations. Or they'll put "global" or "America" which doesn't help. But the time zone comes from their account/computer. Another report in the Community Insights that's useful is how many followers your followers have. This helps with finding influencers.
What does the company not do well? You're limited in the free version to analyze only 2 Twitter accounts. It's rather expensive and would only recommend the paid version for an agency who's monitoring several Twitter accounts for clients. I couldn't afford premium.
