What does the company do well? Zoho always focuses on facilitating processes and improving customer follow-ups. Zoho Contact Manager I like it because we separate the contacts that represent business for the company and we carry out transactions, operations and follow-ups to have more clarity of how important they are to us.
What does the company not do well? In this case of Zoho Contact Manager I feel that I still need to add more features and improvements or add-ons. For example, easy sending of emails, regular or massive lists. You should be able to send direct messages and get mails, without needing to open another application.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Usually, I always read, research and do some tests, before I start using new software.
