What does the company do well? The customization of fields within the template is very helpful, especially if one is involved in multiple aspects of company revenue.
What does the company not do well? Some of the integrations are very clunky , especially with email and mail merge capabilities. It would be so great if our marketing team could use a full range of fonts and formatting in mail merges.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I wish I knew if the company had the service modules and integrations in place to perform most if not all business contact functions from the software.
