What does the company do well?
For a new business that may not want to spend a ton of getting started with a calendar appoint page/app it is great.
What does the company not do well?
If you want to use the "free" subscription you must "renew" every month. They do send an email reminder. Wish it would be longer time frame, but it works for our business. Like any new "product" you get you have to play with it a bit for set up.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
If you want a client to get text MSM messaged, there is added cost, overall though, pretty affordable considering the low cost of the subscription. Now if your business is 100% appointments with this app, it may cost you more.
