Ease of Use
What does the company do well?
This solution is a must have for micro and small business as their communication and sales/project channels are usually very bad. Everything that is needed its here: database of contacts, pipeline, history, opportunities, procedures (most needed and adaptable to customer needs) and many more needed business tools in one place. Mobile app is a standard when You are out of the office.
What does the company not do well?
Limiting a free version to just 2 coworkers and 250 contacts is little frustrating but understandable (they have to sell this service). Alternatively, a middle solution (with some ads) could be offered. There are some limitations on e-mails and marketing in general.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish that I had this solution some 10-12 years ago. At that time I was loosing so much time and energy (and money) doing things that now are (almost) automatic and easy to use.
