What does the company do well?
Yellow Schedule allows me to make, change and even cancel some appointments as needed. Yellow Schedule helps me stay organized with the clients scheduled sessions. The system sends a confirmation/decline text message which allows the client to keep up to date with their scheduled appointments. They can leave me messages, and the system alerts me so that I do not miss out on any important communication.
What does the company not do well?
Although some mistakes are made occasionally, we are a very solid office team that helps our therapists maintain a schedule conducive to a successful practice for Counseling By Penny.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Really, nothing. The support team is incredible and is very willing to answer any question and "walk" me through any technical need that I may have.
