In addition, RingCentral integrates with basic email platforms and other applications such as Salesforce CRM, Box, Dropbox and Google Docs.
What does the company not do well? I have never had any kind of problem with RingCentral since it is oriented to use in an office environment where you need to connect several phones to a telephone system. This allows up to 1000 people to participate in a conference call, as well as new and innovative features such as Call Park and Intercom.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? RingCentral Office puts companies up and running in a matter of minutes. All phones are ready for use and immediate configuration. Users can manage their own phone preferences without IT help.
