What does the company do well? A very intuitive, easy to use time keeping for tracking work time while using the computer. Love that it asks me if I'm still working on a project if my keyboard and mouse are idle for a period of time or if I visit Facebook.
What does the company not do well? I have found the task vs project distinction in Time Doctor a bit confusing in how it is displayed by the program.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? How easy it would be to add team members. Most of what I didn't know were benefits that I discovered after using the program for a while.
