What does the company do well?
It has a user-friendly interface when you switch a bit, as you can easily enter the time with the ability to enter comments with each entry. It also has a set of comfortable features that can be enabled and disabled at any time to better adapt to the needs of your business.
What does the company not do well?
It has non-customizable prices, a clear example would be small businesses or those who begin, it should be a bit more available, it also increases their costs when updating and implementing new features. With so many options that can be used, you know what to use or not, because you know it will be used was a little complicated. You should create tutorials that explain how to get the most of this tool.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
It is a tool that is always performed in the company, it's like a key ring. It holds everything organized within the company, both those who work and manage a project. It covers all the needs of running a business.
