What does the company do well? Easy-to-use time tracking allows employees to track their time by project & task. The timer can be paused & restarted as needed. Time tracking can be done from your smartphone or tablet if the company wishes to allow mobile clock in/out. Tsheets easily integrates with QuickBooks. It offers multiple ways for employees to track time and projects. PTO and time off is customizable for all employees, which is often helpful when you have part-time non-exempt employees who may accrue differently than exempt full time employees. Chat feature is very useful!
What does the company not do well? The settings within the admin side are tricky to find and locate. The capabilities are within the system, however finding where to make these adjustments are difficult at times. The Chat feature for customer service is a huge benefit when needing some assistance.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? The interface and dashboard was difficult to navigate as a new user when I first started as admin for TSheets 7 months ago. They recently updated their software and the dashboard is much nicer for users.
