What does the company do well?
I love the tool, interface, the support I get and being part of the sprout community. The willingness for the staff to listen to my problems and find a solution. A true partnership.
What does the company not do well?
Would like to be able to set up my video posting for Instagram and not just images. We do a lot of video marketing which I have to post manually as of right now. I would also like to see the Google Analytics reporting to be improved so that I don't have to log in to the client accounts to view reports that I have to send to my clients.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Getting all the information that I need to support what we are doing for our clients. SMM tools to facilitate posting so that I can set and go and be able to focus on other aspects of running the business.
