What does the company do well? GetFeedback is extremely useful for market research, querying customers about their sales and support experience (net promoter score), and capturing data from stakeholders for a variety of projects. I started using GetFeedback because it was the only tool with a truly solid Salesforce integration, but it also has a terrific UI.

What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Creative ways to leverage Salesforce marketing and sales clouds with GetFeedback data. For example, it's possible to use Pardot to automate internal notifications when customers complete surveys. An idea lab to give new Salesforce customers more examples would be helpful.
