What does the company do well? It offers CRM software that has features comparable to the free version of other CRM.
What does the company not do well? The price is very high for what you get. And if you can stomach the price, beware their billing practices. If you cancel, they will not refund any unused part of the annual subscription fee. If you downgrade your plan, they will not refund you the balance. If you want to cancel and not be billed for a subsequent year, you have to give 60 days notice. I find this a low-integrity practice that calls into question the integrity of the company.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I paid the hefty price for a year. That's on me. I wish I had read the fine print about their cancellation and refund policy. It would have made me think twice.
