What does the company do well?
The user interface is straightforward and comprehensive (but perhaps a little clumsy, as they don't allow for freezing column and row headers as you enter time - This can be troublesome if you enter time monthly, as the entry fields are larger than the screen, so you have to scroll around a bit.) Our users enter their time manually, and we only use the db for billing and reporting purposes, but it works well for this. Reports are easy to customize and users can see their remaining vacation/personal time accrual at any time from the main screen.
What does the company not do well?
See above regarding time entry screens being a bit clumsy.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
We purchased program and licenses from the company for a local installation, and we pay an annual "maintenance" fee. I believe they are only selling this as a cloud hosted application at this point, so we have become more difficult to support.
