What does the company do well? What I like most about GMass is that it is a platform that has focused more than everything on providing results that suit the user, thus providing excellent reports when it comes to the results of each advertising campaign. On the other hand, it is worth mentioning the good functioning of the autoresponder, managing to cover all the subscriptions.
What does the company not do well? In many occasions the autoresponder in Gmail takes a lot, I think this would be a programming error, since the normal delay time is about 4 or 5 minutes, but in this case sometimes it takes about 20 minutes to send a couple of mails.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Despite the few mistakes, I am completely grateful to GMass for how stable and faithful it has been.
