What does the company do well?
The drop down menu's for categorizing time are very efficient and useful. Integration with CLIO was excellent.
What does the company not do well?
There is consistently a 10 minute to 60 minute delay before tracked time uploads. You cannot categorize time until it uploads, and the "upload now" function stopped working about 2 years ago. The Quickbooks Online integration does not work and is not understood by Chrometa support staff. The new user interface has too many font colors and not enough white space making it hard to comprehend.... but fortunately the old interface is still available for those who prefer it. Pricing is expensive for something that is really pretty simple, but they don't seem to have a lot of competition. App occasionally crashes without notifying you that your time is not being recorded.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
That the integration with Quickbook Online does not work.
