What does the company do well? The team at SparkPost design their software and communicate clearly without any of the nonsense that we experience all the time with SAS products. The dashboard is intuitive, tracking is simple, and so far we haven't had any technical or deliverability issues at all.We moved from an established competitor where we kept finding that emails weren't being sent. This happened again and again, and my developer or the company support never was able to identify the glitch. With SparkPost, our email system is completely stress-free.
