What does the company do well? The customer service of the Spendesk team is a beauty. They really strive to make the public have a pleasant experience using the software with as few problems as possible. They know how to treat people.
What does the company not do well? The interface seems rigid and outdated. You see how a software that had been innovative about ten years ago, but things are different now and should think more about updating.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? My team is satisfied with the use of Spendesk. There would be something that we should have known before using it, because it is quite good and balanced.
